Operating Principles

The work of the National Fund for the Protection and Promotion of Investments is based on these principles:

Equality. We do not have priorities in the selection of business projects for investment, since we are convinced of the importance of all ideas. Some projects are needed for mass use, others for a niche market. But each project has its own target market, for whose benefit the business idea should be realized.

Transparency. Information about transactions and investment attraction is openly provided to clients.

Independence. We provide financing with the involvement of investors who will support financially without interfering in the management of the business project. The project remains independent, and its owners independently plan and implement activities. If necessary, as an alternative, we can find you a partner to work together with on a project.

We also adhere to the principles of safety and social responsibility. All transactions, negotiations and processes are properly control and comply with the constitution of Moldova. Our National Investment Fund uses modern approaches to protect investments and maintain honesty in financial transactions.

Our team consists of specialists with professional knowledge and experience in such areas as law, banking and finance, and marketing.
